SmartCar e-service is an integrated vehicle e-service for vehicle owners. By using this electronic system, you, the user, will quickly receive services related to your vehicle regardless of space and time.
As of April 2016, there are 800,485 registered vehicles in Mongolia, of which 62.1% are registered in Ulaanbaatar and 37.9% are registered in local areas.
Therefore, we provide this service by creating an opportunity to provide information and services related to vehicles to citizens in one place. Organizations such as the National Motor Transport Center, the General Tax Department, the Traffic Police Department, the Compulsory Insurers Association, the Metropolitan Transportation Department, and the United Truckers Association are actively cooperating in the delivery of information and services through the SmartCar electronic system.
By using the Smartcar electronic system, you, the owner of a vehicle, can check tax fees, fines, diagnosis and insurance information related to your vehicle at one place, and pay the relevant tax fees online with Visa, Master and Tegrg cards.
